At first I'd say Lewis, but SF will probably keep a simple game plan against the Colts, with it being the first start for Alex Smith. Barlow could get plenty of touches, and the Colts could give up some longer runs, since they'll most likely blitz often. But I'd probably still go Lewis.

I was thinking the same thing, but then again, the Ravens will be running the hell out of Lewis since their QB situation is equally bad if not worse. Also, I trust Lewis against the Lions defense more than I trust Barlow against the Colts. Dwight Freeney is nuts.
