Fantasy Football advice needed.

The league I am in is run by my brother, who just so happens to have 3 damn good running backs on his team. Ahman Green, Curtis Martin, and Edgerrin James. He currently likes Green and Martin to start, and has the very healthy James sitting on the bench, who has been a productive little bitch the past couple of weeks.

I have currently have Jamal Lewis, Travis Henry, and Chris Brown. I hadn't quite hopped on the Chris Brown bandwagon until his impressive first couple of weeks this year, and had planned on benching Henry the rest of the season in favor of Brown.

However, a trade possiblity has cropped up between us, Brown for James. I originally wanted James from him, since my bro has him on the bench and is not using him. But Brown stepping it up makes me ponder if I should keep him.

So basically, I have Brown now, but might trade him straight up for James. Which is the better back to stick with for the season??

I would go with the trade, personally. As in all trades, its a risk, but Edge looks good this years, and he has been healthy.

I'd get Edge...it's his contract year and he's running like he needs a new pair of gold teeth

Great point. I had forgot about that, as I remember hearing that during the Pats-Colts game.

You might pay for the whole trade, but you'll only need...THE EDGE. Sorry, that was lame.

Anyway, I would take the trade, because Edge is having a year so far. Also, maybe pick up Dom Rhodes, since he'll play if James doesn't go on Sunday.

I would take that trade....AND NOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT IT!!!
Even with his hammy bothering him? I'm really cautious with hamstring injuries, because who's to say he will not hurt it even worse in a couple of weeks and be out the rest of the season? Then I'd be out Brown and James, with only Lewis and Henry.

I may wait a couple of days and see how the hamstring looks.
