Someone offered me a trade in one of my fantasy basketball leagues. He offered me C-Webb and Q Richardson for Kurt Thomas and Darius Miles. I'm not a fan of Q, but Webber has been hot. I'm worried that he will break down though... what are your thoughts? My team is listed below:

PG - A. Iverson
SG - R. Hamilton
G - S. Nash
SF - R. Jefferson
PF - Ke. Thomas
F - J. Childress
C - Ku. Thomas
C - M. Camby
Util - D. Jones
Util - D. Miles
BN - M. Jackson
BN - C. Mobley
BN - K. Cato

One of the few things that worries me about this deal is that Kurt Thomas gets C eligibility. If (when) Camby goes down with injury, I will be horribly thin at C.

i hate leagues that make you start 2 centers. Its already a thin position.

You think? Q's stock is not very high right now, with Brown giving everyone on the Knicks playing time.

I wouldn't do the trade. Like you said, you're really thin at Center and Gumby is a sure bet for an injury at some point. Also, Q is just not Larry Brown's type of player. Miles also had a monster first game and hopefully will decide to play this year. Combined with the fact that Webber is guaranteed to get hurt or get pissed off with Iverson getting the ball all the time, I'd stick with Miles/Thomas.

Yeah I hate that too... we were set for 1 C, but someone wanted the league to be more challenging and requested two C's per team...
