ok... of my crappy centers.. i can start either Vlade Divac @ home against Portland.... or.... Erick Dampier on the road against the Clippers. what should i do? which is the lesser of the two evils?!?!

UPDATE - i started Dampier and MAN did i suffer badly for doing so

I have Divac on my team and he is way too soft, he won't do well against swarming Portland's defese.

Dampier is spotty, and you can't never tell what he is going to do everytime he plays,
But I think he'll do well against SD, so I would go with Dampier, imo.

I guess it depends on format of fantasy league scoring.

Divac hurts me all the time for lack of points and rebounding, and blocking.

I'd go with dampier, watched him yesterday vs raptors and did very well. Plus in fantasy bball I traded him for ray allen, sweet deal!

the thing that pisses me off is dampier split minutes with foyle... stealing my precious rebs, blocks, and pts :disgust: but then again... divacs is splitting his minutes with clark. decisions decisions!

some coaches are smoking crack by splitting their starter's minutes with some jobbers from the bench. Dampier should be getting 30+ minutes a game. early in the season he was tearing it up with rebounding and shot blocking. I don't know how playing folye can help golden state. I have pau gasol on one of my fantasy teams and he plays well without getting foul trouble and he gets like 25 minutes so some jobber on the grizzlies bench can play. what's up with that? on btw spanky, i'd play divac instead.

Yeah seriously, whats up with Hubie Brown, all of his players average 25 minutes, starter or otherwise and it really messes with Pau's (for my teams anyways). Oh, and I'd start Vlade too since he will give you a solid amount of everything. Plus, Dampier has really been sucking it up lately, except yesterday, but even yesterday he only got 20-odd minutes.

Which one of you is Dest? That guy beat me last week in the Jungle league... :p

Vlade over Dampier any day. Vlade + Foyle would make a good combo. Foyle only gets blocks and boards, Vlade gets everything but.

I have the Jungle Bros, but ACL tear is the team to beat, his crew is tearing things up! He has the best team IMHO, AND HE still wanted my best guy, Pierce!
