Right now I have 4 available:

Orlando Cabrera, Mon
Angel Berroa, KC
Kazuo Matsui, NYM
Jose Reyes, NYM

I'm leaning towards Berroa because he'll be playing on a better team. Any suggestions?

Cabrera is probably the safest overall bet.

Matsui, however, is an x-factor and may be worth rolling the dice on. Just remember the problems Hideki Matsui had at the start of his MLB carreer and don't be surprised of Kazuo has the same problems.

exactly what i was going to say...
also, an often looked shortstop is Alex Gonzalez on the Marlins, if he's still available... maybe not though since you didnt mention him...

Reyes hurt his hammy again so don't get him. Berroa or Matsui will be good, but don't draft them for power. Matsui is getting used to a new league so i'd go with berroa. berroa was compared to tejada before.

I'd go for Cabrera or Matsui. Cabrera is a safer pick, but Matsui is supposed to be faster than Ichiro. Some people are predicting he steals 35+ bases.
