Fantasy baseball trade help

This is a 10 team keeper AL only roto league. I trade my Damon($24), Matsui($23), Blanton($12) for his Abreu($10), Markakis($10), Garza($10)

I have the top pitching in the league (~45 of 50 points) but just average batting (~26 of 50 points)

Do I do this trade? I don't need the starting pitching or the cap space, but Blanton has been playing much better than I expected. Am I even getting an upgrade on offense?

I'd probably do that. If the cap space was beneficial to you then I'd say definitely go for it, too bad you said that doesn't really matter. But maybe you can use the money go after a high-priced player who has underperformied this year.
