I put together a new computer and I want to know, is it better to have two fans sucking in cold air and one fan blow out hot air from the cast, or is it better to have one fan sucking cold air in and two fans blowing out hot air?

No overclocking going on.
 
Its best to have more intakes that exhausts, otherwise you will get a build up of dust. An equal air flow is best though.
