Fans the Asus P5K Premium Black Pearl bridge?

I am setting up an Asus P5K Premium Black Pearl with a Q6600 and the Thermalright Extreme 120 CPU cooler. The P5K Premium special edition of this board comes with two fans for the board pipe coolers. Is it OK if I leave these off so I can keep the system quiet? I am planning to overclock to 3Ghz or a stable setting somewhere in that range; no overclocking on the other components, just looking for something stable and slightly better than stock since this going to be a workstation, not for gaming. The case will be an Antec Sonata III or NZXT Hush; each have just two 120mm fans.

im sure it will be fine. you just might have to disable any fan warnings in the bios so that it will start up with no problems.

What I've seen with other asus boards those fans are for if 1) your doing water cooling because they are assuming that if you had the stock heatsink it will help the airflow over them
2) if you are using a low speed fan / or has a fan that does not put out much airflow it may be necessary to have them installed.
