Fans not spinning as fast. Not enough power?

[Quad]

i have
1 80mm 50cfm exhausts
1 80mm 30cfm intake
1 5400 rpm harddisk

all daisy chained to one connector from the power supply. (the connectors on the fan allow daisy-chaining)
i've noticed that the fans aren't spinning as fast. how likely is it that the fans aren't getting enough power?

As fast as what? As fast as before, or as fast as their rated speed?

Considering that they are powered by the PS, I would say they're getting enough power.

BTW, you might want to make the 50CFM fan the intake, and the 30CFM the exhaust. Keeps the dust out.
