Fans need a kick start to spin

The fans need a little push to start spinning in my case... Even so, they don't run fast at all (but at least it's continuous). Is this a sign of a failing power supply?? I put in an intel mobo with a 3 ghz cpu and a 6800gt oc'ed to 400/1100. This is up from a 2.4ghz w/ an ecs mobo and a ti4200.

The PSU is an Antec 430W TruePower thing.... suggestions?

That's the only problem? How old are the fans? Exactly which fans?

The case fans. There's one pretty close to the cpu/gpu, and the four in the front as well. All 5 don't spin initially on powerup, but with a little spin, they'll spin on their own. The fans came with the case which I bought about 5 years ago...

Sounds like they are just worn out, 5 years is a LONG time for any fan.
