How do you have the fans setup in the back by the CPU? Blowing in, out, one in one out?

I have the top one blowing in, and the one just underneath it blowing out. I'm gonna drill into the side of the case though, and either get one big 92cm fan or perhaps an air duct. Need to cut down some more on the noise.

I got two fronts going in back two going out and a central 120mm Blowhole (sucking in) on the side panel of my window mod. since I have a sucking fan on my 8045 the 2 back fans suck out the hot air coming off the HSF.

but that is just what I do.

I do recommend a blowhole. Positve air pressure keeps the case cleaner also make the exhaust fans more efficiant. bad spellar! :p

The workstations I build at the office are Antec PLUS880 cases with either 2 or 3 fans in the front as intake and the 2 in the rear as exhaust. Not the greatest cooling, but decent for stock crap that I don't have the time to mod. Can you hauling 10+ of these cases from work to home and back? And then the time involved with modding them? :)

Antec SX830 Beige

(2) 80mm Panaflo M1A on the front blowing in
(1) 120mm Panaflo M1A on side panel blowing in
(1) 80mm Panaflo M1A on front cooling (3) HD's
(1) 120mm Nidec Beta V 3-Blade on top blowing out (blow hole)
(2) 80mm Panaflo M1A on back blowing out
(1) OEM Intel 478 fan (soon to be replaced with an Alpha PAL8942-Socket 478)
(2) fans on Antec True430w PS

The system is not all that loud. The blow hole on top is the worst offendor. I spent 6 hours tonight rebuilding the case.

See Rig in signature for system specifics.
