fans, heatsinks and cooling

Hey building my 1st dream pc and need to know about how many fans I might need
heatsinks for the cpu and general cooling issues if anyone can off advice?

my specs:
Lian-Li PC-20B
Core2 E6400
Asus P5N32-E Plus SLi Rev2 680i
2gb Corsair DDR2-800 memory
2x 500gb western digital
Nvidia 8800GTX
X-Fi platnium
 
Need to check the offerings at Cases and Cooling first. If you do not plan on oc'ing, there is no need for high performance fans. Even stock HSF's do well as long the cpu is ran at stock speed.
