FANS/heatsink - ALPHA OR TORNADO COOLMOD?

I have this huge alpha for athlon xp's, and i bought a tornado coolmod too, which one is the better for cooling, i've been using the alpha, but people said the coolmod is a really good one?
 
what's a coolmod? the volcano 9+?

anyway, I have an alpha and it kicks butt, it's just as good as my 50 dollar swifty.

by the way, alpha + tornado(7v) on 2400xp at 33 under load 24 case temp..
