Fans for video cards

Throughout the years, I've never changed a fan on a video card....however, mine did go out (first time this has EVER happened to me). Any recommendations on a new one? It's a 9700 Pro 256mb. Is this something that is hard to change? I figure it's just pull the connector and remove a few screws???

ATI silencer 1 should fit onto a 9700 easy.
