Could anybody tell me if its possible to buy a different fan for my notebook?

Both fans are running ( I know the cpu fans has to run) and there is no way of controlling them in bios (q-fan) or with pcprobe.
The store says they want to give me a fan that gives away only 12 Db.
That sounds good...
Where can i buy or have a look at cpu and chassis fans for notebooks
