Fans Fans Fans

I'm just wondering which of these cheap options would be the best and if you have any experiences with them. They're all radiator fans.

Both are 120mm
Swiftech Helix @ 1800 RPM
XSPC Xinruilian @ 1650 RPM

Is there a reason why you wouldn't fork over a little bit more for decent fans?
Sanyo Denki 109P1212H401s can be found for ~10-12$ per.

The XSPC stock fans looks more like Yate Loon's, it gets the job done but not necessarily the best. I would buy them as case fans but not integral part of your cooling system. Swiftech Helix looks like a copycat of the venerable Scythe GTs but I think the GTs would have a slight advantage of a better motor and bearing besides being a tried and tested radiator fan.

Rather than the XSPC Xinruilian, I would prefer Arctic Cooling F12 vs Swiftech Helix, with both being a closer match and can't go wrong with either one.
