hey i was just wondering how many fans u people have installed in ur cases. i'm talking about case fans that is.

3 case fans. Assuming that this will turn into one of those big threads where everyone will post about there stuff. And then more pople will ask what brand or what are your temps or what ever. I will save me time and tell you now

Case : G-Mono (black and apparently looks like a cow)
Fans : 3 Cooler Master White LEDS (34cfm 25db blah blah blah...)
Temps : 18C-20C (24C on a hot day)

Cpu fan : smartfan 2
Heatsink : SLK800U
Temps : 27C - 34C

2 rear exhaust, 1 top exhaust, 1 side intake. All generic 80mm LED and UV Reactive. One 120mm front intake, can't remember which brand.

Honestly I can turn off a fan here or there and not affect temps too much but what fun is that? 😛

Well... I have 7 80mm panaflo L1a's in an x-dreamer.
2 rear exhaust, 1 blowhole exhaust, a PSU exhaust, 2 front HD bay intake, and a side panel cpu duct fan.
They are all running around 6V, attached to a sunbeam rheobus.

Just two case fans.
1x120mm front intake and 1x120mm rear exhaust in an Antec SLK3700 both rheostat controled.
Ambient ~26º
Case ~30º
CPU ~30º (external H2O cooled Paly 1900+@8.5x200fsb)

I am seriously considering the X-Dreamer case for my first build later this year. Is it a good case for keeping an overclocked Athlon cool enough? Also, do you think the PSU that comes with it would be ok for me if I wanted to experiment with overclocking, or should I look at a name-brand PSU with the same dimensions?

2 80mm Panaflo (l1a) Intake fans on the side of the case (near the bottom)
Replaced the power supply fan with another panaflo 80mm (l1a)
SLK-800 with yet another panaflo (l1a) on my Athlon 2400+

Case temps 24-27C
Processor Temps 41-45C

Other stuff in my case:
Asus Geforce 4 TI4200
USB 2.0 card
Firewire card
Network card
Barracuda V 120gig
Sony DVD-burner (multi-format)
Dvd-Rom

My case doesn't have much of any intake from the front so I had to use the side mounted fans instead. My temps are pretty good though considering.
