Hi,
No your MB dosent come with fans, and yes you would probably want to run some. Make sure the case dosent come with any as it looks like a sweet case and they might throw some in with it. Also it would be a good idea to turn on you private msg function as you will get more responces that way :)

Uh... the Epox 8K7A only comes with a hs/fan on the Northbridge. You will have to get a heatsink/fan for the CPU too. It looks like you will have to buy 2 80mm case fans for that case. Goto www.enermax.com.tw and check it out.

Take a look at This. This is a HSF (Heatsink-Fan) It goes on top of your CPU to take away the heat it produces. You should not run your CPU (ever) without a HSF. There is thermal material (conducts heat) that goes between the bottom of the HSF the top of the CPU. Typically a square pink pad called "A thermal pad" which really doesn't work all that well. There are also thermal pastes (sometimes called thermal grease) which are used in place of the pink pad. The best stuff to use is called Arctic Silver. Keep asking questions. :)

The GlobablWin FOP32-1 is one of the best Socket A HSF's on the market today. There are 2, maybe three others that are it's equal. I have this HSF on a 1GHz Tbird that's running at 1.13GHz and never have a cooling problem. As far as easy to install...well, everything is relative. Definitely install the HSF onto the CPU before you mount the mobo into the case. You will need room to manuever and it's far easier when the mobo is out of the case. Make sure you go to AMD's site and read their "Installing a Heatsink Fan on an Athlon CPU" guide. It's very important that you do this before you try. You'll see why. The first time you install it, you'll think it's a bit difficult. The second time you do it, you'll say "duh, this isn't that hard." It's easy, actually. It's just takes a bit of pressure to get the clip on .

You will need additional cooling fans to cool the case down. At least two. I don't know if the case you are purchasing comes with any additional fans. You need to check. The power supply has a fan, but it doesn't count towards system cooling (for all intents and purposes). You should have, at a minimum, two fans. One mounted in the bottom front of the case drawing cool air into the case, and one on the rear of the case, preferably at the top, under the PS exhausting hot air out. The fan will have an arrow on it showing which way the air flows.
