Fanless Power Supply with P182

I am thinking of getting this PSU for my HTPC which consists of very old part (non-power hungry parts). It's a fanless PSU, and since P182 has a fan next to the psu, i think it works great! What do you guys think?

Without a list of the parts your going to use we won't be able to tell if its going to be good enough or not. Sure heat wouldn't be a problem with the fan in the lower chamber of the P182. But then that P182 fan will make more noise then the fan from, lets say, a nice Corsair PSU.

i can tell you one thing. The cable lengths on that PSU will not work with a P182. The 24 pin main and the P4/EPS connector will be too short to reach there destinations on the motherboard from the bottom of the case.
