You can't. Read reviews at silentpcreview.com

They say most of the fanless heatsinks cause throttling of the CPU. It gives horrible temperatures and is bad for the CPU in most cases.

That heatsink got really bad reviews somewhere, I remember frowning at the results. If you must get a fanless solution, then go with the ninja.

The concept was just something i hadn't seen very much... and i was kind of intriuged on how well it worked. I've never known anyone to speak about the fanless aircooling befor. I am all about active CPU cooling, i dont think i'd feel safe with no fan on my cpu (unless it was watercooling.)

To use a heatsink like that, you need an exhaust fan. So technically it really isn't fanless, you're just moving the fan somewhere else.
