Fanless Gigabyte 6600GT (PCI-e) in 256MB?

I've heard very good things about the performance of this card, and with no fan it's very very tempting. Sure would like it with 256MB though, but Gigabyte doesn't make one - anybody know of a similar model that's fanless but with 256MB of RAM?
