Fanless DVI Video--does it exist?

Is there a decent card that has DVI but has NO FAN?
We need quiet more than speed.

most of the geforce4 mx 440s have no fan... just a nice heatsink.

If you don't care about games, Matrox G550 is awesome in Windows (Better than my Geforce4 ti4600 in some ways)... and is cheap too.
