Fandango and printing my movie tickets

I used Fandango to purchase tix for the new Star Wars movie. I received my confirmation # and there's a link to view my tickets. When I click on the link, the webpage comes up only as text. No images. When I click the link to print my tickets, the page comes up only as text. There's a little square with the broken image icon, and my confirmation number, but no bar code to scan. The ticket says something like skip the line and go straight to the ticket taker to scan the tickets, but no barcode or image is showing up. I've tried opening the ticket in IE and Chrome and they're coming up the same, no images or barcodes. Can I get some help here printing these tickets?

When you say "broken box", you don't mean like a QR code or anything do you? I know, probably a stupid question.

So I was at work trying to print this and no images or barcodes were popping up. I get home and decide to view my tickets and I can now see the QR Code and a barcode. Also, thanks for the suggestion of looking on the app. I have a QR code that is apparently my "mobile ticket" on the app.

This is a typical problem, you can solve it by typing "fandango.com" into the URL box.
