Fan4 and Fan5 do not work on my motherboard

I have plugged multiple fans into these connectors on the motherboard, and no power is being supplied to the fans (regular 80mm CM ones), but when I use Molex convertors, the fans work perfectly. They also work fine in Fan1, Fan2, and Fan3.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Do you have exactly all four power connectors in their appropriate slots on the motherboard?

many people make this mistake because most motherboards contain require only 2 sources of power

I will check again, but I'm pretty sure I checked the motherboard readout and connected the extra power connectors as necessary. Thanks!
