Fan speeds on retail P4 2.4c HSF

Well I'm used to seeing 5k + Rpm on those 60mms on the aftermarket HSFs back when I had my Athlon, just wondering if 2300 rpm is normal for the retail HSF that came with the P4 2.4c.

Why yes it is...

That is a nice slow lowspeed (low noise) fan.

Remember the P4's run alot cooler than the Athlons that can heat a room in te winter time..
