Fan speed controller for 4 pin fans?

Can anyone here point me to a fan speed controller for 4 pin fans? I don't need a four pin fan that comes with a fan speed controller, as the fans came with my case and now I just want to slow down those existing fans. newegg and Directron have controllers that take up a slot in the back of your computer and control fan speed using a dial. I would like a front panel version that controls each four pin fan individually though. There are many of these for 3 pin fans, but I haven't found one for four pin fans.

I also found this fan controller which has 4 pin connectors. You would think there would be more like it, but they seem to be hard to find.
