Fan Spacers?

I need something to space my 120mm fans from the case a little... Either the fan is bad, or it's because I bent the panels... In both cases, it would still be nice to have a vibration damping (noise reducing) spacer...

Any suggestions?
 
Got your pm and replied. The links I sent for rubber screws are just what you want. Don't bother with the gaskets you'll see, IMO they don't do much.
