Fan Size? Dr Thermal HSF

Just wondering how you can tell the size of the fan?
Do you measure from screw to screw?


I have a Dr. Thermal V77L and it says it has a 70mm fan.
I was going to replace the fan with a panaflo but i have yet to
find any fan out there that is 70 mm. Are there converters out there?

Any advice would be appreciated
