Fan sensor loss after S3

I was running Everest on an Intel DX58SO mobo, and after the latest bios update(s) the fan speed reports zero after sleep. So I tried Hmonitor and the same thing happens. Tried reporting to Lavalys (as my subscription is close) and they were no help. I will try Intel, but any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
