Its the launch version so I've had in 9 months. I dont see anything on thier site and i tried the Xtuner to control the speed but it's locked at 30%. It's noisey like it's out of balance.

Is it something i can do myself or should I email Galaxy?

Thanks! I tried that but it's the same as the Xtuner. I can't get it below 30% for some reason. I tried adjusting the bar graph but I couldnt get it to stick.

The minimum fan speed is locked to 30% in the VGA BIOS, it seems. You could flash a custom BIOS. There's a tool called NiBiTor that you can use to modify the BIOS. Then use nvflash from a bootable USB to flash the BIOS.

Or just buy an Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo II. Triple slot behemoth of cooling prowess.

Has it just gotten noisy or has it always been like that? If it just started you may need to dust the card/lubricate the fan(s).

I'm not sure how long it's been. I got annoyed at the loud fan on my cooler and replaced it now i noticed the wobble on my card. I'll blow it out tomorrow and see if that helps.
