I bought this heatsink at SVC for a Duron 750 rig for my friend.
I built it today, turned it on, and I noticed that the fan was screaming like a F-16.
According to the product description linked above, I assume I was supposed to receive this fan.
But I suspect that they sent me this fan.
The bios shows it as 7000-7100 rpm, but it doesn't have the two separate connectors like the latter fan.
Should I call them and say they sent me the wrong fan, or is it possible that is the right fan, but for some reason showing up at 7000 rpm in the bios?
