Fan power adapter?

My mobo has two headers for fans... I'm using one for the front fan, and another for the CPU cooler.

I'd like to add a panaflo to the rear of my case, but the panaflos I have sitting around have the two-wire three-pin connectors that you would use to attach to the headers on the mobo.

Is there an adapter I use to connect this type of fan to the power supply instead of the mobo?
 
Yeah, they should be available pretty much anywhere that sells computer cables and stuff. Newegg, Plycon, 2CoolTek for sure online.
