Not sure if this is a stupid question or not but does it matter how you place your computer case fans? I mean it is supposed to be facing out or in? to be more specific the fan with the manufacturer sticker on it is supposed to be facing the rear or the inside the case?

Please help me out here.

 
the manufacturer's sticker is always on the side of the fan air is heading towards

the "pretty" side is always the side the fan is pulling air from

they should all be facing the same direction, the the stickers facing the wall behind the computer. and blowholes (fan on top of case) should pull upward, sticker-side up
