one antec one panaflo up near the PSU for exhaust, one of each again for intake. balanced airflow is usually the best although some advocate mroe air intake than exhaust to ensure all the intake air passes through dust filter first. if theyre balanced very little dust will form around airholes in the case anyway.
personally I wouldnt bother with the "thermostaticly controlled" bit although if your PSU is a antec truepower stick the antec fans on the fan-only wire, i think that makes them the same as a 7v mod (maybe 5v?) and increases when the psu (not cpu!) gets hot. 4 low rpm case fans should be ample anyway, and slowing panaflo L1A seems almost pointless
Thats basically my setup also, although the fans are cheap evercool's and ys-tech.
edit: noticed theyre H1A and not L1A, still same suggestion though as I'd assume the antec fans would be noisier. note you might well be fine with just the two panaflo, one at each end.
