Fan placement - need advice

All fans are 80mm which ones should be intake and which ones should be exhaust?

Front and side - intake. Rears - exhaust. You're creating a sort of wind tunnel inside the case to carry the heat out.
 
i agree with machine350's post, although i wanted to add one comment... if the side vents are right above the CPU fan, make sure that they are spinning in the SAME direction as the CPU fan. that is, if the CPU fan blows air away from the CPU, make the side vent an exhaust, and if the CPU fan blows air towards the CPU, make the side vent an intake. if they move air in opposite directions, in my experience, i've seen it create either a vaccuum effect or just really poor air flow.
 
My side fan is right on top of the CPU, so I will take that into consideration.

Also my side fan has that cone thing, does that change anything?
