AGP 6600GT in a dell dim4600 case.
I just got a bottle of AS5 and a 92MM fan, the AS5 for $6 (locally) and the 92MM fan for $13 (which I NOW know was a ripoff), if I kept this fan, where would the best place be to place it, electrical taping it onto the HSF? to push even more air to the core?
And what would be the best type of paste to put onto the memory chips?
I applied the AS5 and my temps dropped immediately from idle 55C to 48-50C, and I expect it to go down a bit more in the coming weeks. (Any way with the AS5 to drop even more?!!)
If you can find better / cheaper but good quality fans locally for me...then I'd be INCREDIBLY greatful, as I put this fan directly under the HSF, and it didn't help temps at all.
