fan on mobo sucks

i have experienced two moboes,less than a year old,where the fan on the bridge is noisy after 2-3 month!??I have unplugged the fan
.I am surprised how bad quality the fans are and curious why they use them..do they really make any big difference?My pc is just as stable when the fan is off,so it seems anyway...
manufactures really sucks when they put junkcomponents,,,
the two moboes are Asus Kt133a and Packar Bellmobo(think Gigabyte).
and,there are NO warranty on fans.....really can piss somebody off..I just think they make themselfes look cheap.
my Conclusion ,dont use fans,instead the boards will be cheaper without any problems!
