Every winter this crap happens. Whenever the ambient temps gets really cold, the fans start making vibrating noises during startup in the morning. Sometimes, it can be any fan in my case, not just the power supply. Anyone else have this problem, and why the hell does it happen?
The only way i make the fans stop making noises is to touch it and make it spin off its track for a second, then it goes away.... sometimes.
