Fan noise on IS7

I've got an IS7 with a p4 2.8c. Lately i've noticed a low whining and i don't think its my case fans. Has anyone heard of the Northbridge fan running at too high/low RPM's? Could this be a sign of a system problem with the mobo (i.e. Norhtbridge running too hot)?

It could be the Northbridge fan making the noise, you can check it's rpm by going into the bios and looking at PC Health screen.

If the noise is bothering you, you can most likely get a replacement motherboard from Abit's rma dept. They did change the design of the Northbridge fan.

It also could be a fan on your graphics card, in the power supply.

yeah, the noise does kinda bother me, but i'm not sure if it bothers me enough to RMA...

any tips on how i can tell which fan it is? i can't really tell since the GPU, NB and CPU fans are all within 2 inches of eachother.
