Fan Needed In HD Enclosure

I am looking at this enclosure

this doesn't have a fan isn't that bad for an enclosure , also I couldn't find what's the maximum had limit on this thing.

Has anyone has any experience with this brand.
 
Actually, my brother owns the same thing (he bought a combo I guess, 250gb hd with enclosure). When I used it I never had a problem..
 
Since the drive is external, it gets all the cooling it needs from the enclosure itself in a cooler environment than internal drives.

I have, at present, 5 external drives - none have fans. None have heat problems.
