my harddrive at work died yesterday and I lost all my bookmarks, one of which was to a site that compared heatsink fans by noise, the url is on the tip of my tongue, but I can't remember it. If anyone knows of this site and could post the link I would appreciate it. Thanks

Thanks, that was not the site that I meant, but it is just as good. The site I was talking about had actual .wav downloads of the fan sounds. But hey, after looking at this site it has everything I need. Thanks

I think you might be thinking about this sight. They have a link, "Hear our Fans", on the left hand side of the page. Hope this helps.

yeah their prices aren't bad, I was seriously considering getting that bare swiftech for only $30, and with a 2-3 day priority ship for only 4.35 I think I might be buying a lot from them in the future
