fan led question help quick!

If i buy a yate loon fan with blue leds but dont want the light can i just snip some wires and disconnect the leds? they are in my shopping cart help me please

I'm not positive, but i do believe the LEDs are feed off the fan motor. So the answer
would be NO there are no wires to snip. The solution for a fellow member with a Zalman
twinkling fan was to remove it,break the surface w/ScotchBright, the two lite coats of flat
black spray paint.

Thanks yeah thats the deal i am talking about, but the deal on regular ones is not as good anymore, plus i like the blue better that sounds like too much trouble though
