Fan in side cover

I have a small tower case and my hdd is mounted vertically where the front fan would blow in. I kind of like it there and was wondering if it is possible to put a fan in my side cover. It would blow straight at the mobo. I would also put a rear fan in. Also the rear has a rectangular area with holes. Anybody know of a rectagular shaped setup like a dual 60mm or anything.

Here is some advice I just posted in another thread regarding cutting blowholes. Since you have no intake, a side blowhole may help with case temperature. Good Luck!
