Fan (in/out)?

I got a fan on the side of my computer right over the cpu on the panel. My question should this be blowing out or in?

Depends. What are your other fan configs? If you have one intake and one exhaust, I recommend it to be on exhaust. However if you only have exhaust, might as well have some intake. But remember, exhaust > intake.

Think about it. on a sumer day would you want air blowing IN your face or would you want air being exhausted from your room? However this rule doesn't aply to rear fans.

well right now i have it exhausting, i have one other intake by the hard drive cage in the front... BTW i am gonna cry i lost my win2k disk 🙁
