Fan in 3.5 bay ?

are there any fans for 3.5 bays that will cool CASE not a HDD ? ...
And if so where I could find/buy them ?

I've see one on a case recently but the owner modded his case in order to do it, loosing his floppy drive in the process!
don't think that there is a mass produced model available but no doubt someone will correct me!

they'd have to be ~20mm fans and the amount of air that they moved(if you could even find them) wouldnt be worth the trouble

I haven't measured or anything so I'm not sure about this, but wouldn't there be enough room to put an 80mm fan in on its side? If you had a tubular plastic housing for the fan rather than a big plastic piece covering the whole side, shouldn't that work?

I think you're confusing the exhaust fans which slot into the 5 1/4 bay with what you're suggesting for the 3.5 inch bay!
