Getting an ASUS P5N-E. What are the pros and cons of hooking up the two case fans. The fans have both connectors. I know that if I use the 3 pin it will monitor the fans. Are there any other considerations?
 
I'd use mobo header over molex anyday. Most, if not all mobos offer at least some control over the connected fans. 60% or 100% is better than 100% all the time.
