Fan/Heatsink for MSI KT7 Pro2A???

I need to find a fan/heatsink for this mobo. I was going to use the Taisol CGK 742092, but I found out it's too big. I want something with similar loudness and cooling power. Is the GlobalWin FOP32-1 the next best? Will this fit the MSI KT7 Pro2A? Also, do you think it will fit the MSI KT7 Turbo (the KT133A version)? Thanks for your time.

I have a FOP32-1 on my MSI K7T Pro2-A and it fits with no problems at all, plenty of room. This is a great heatsink/fan. And it isn't loud at all.

Mikewarrior2 is correct on the Taisol 742092 heatsink/fan unless you want to do some DIY & file it down to fit,so the Taisol CEK733092 will do a decent job.

🙂

Hehe, I said that in my first post. That new Taisol does not fit on MSI boards, and some others. I know it fits Abit tho, if anyone cares. I think I'll go with the FOP32-1. Does anyone know if the MSI Turbo will have more or less room around the chip then the Pro2a?

I am running a Global WIN FDP-32 with a YS tech fan at the moment without mods. The PC Alert III software says the temp stays around 98°. Just looking for a quieter fan now...

Does anyone have a source for the Taisol CEK733092 other than direct from Taisol? As an alternative, has anyone tried the delta thin fan on a FOP32-1 cooler? Thanx!
