hi, i think i just shorted out my fan header. my case is pretty small and my cd-rom edge on the back hit the fan header while it was on. everything blinked off and now when i power back on all the fan headers have no more power. is there a way to fix it? if not, how do i rma something? do i send it back to the reseller or the manufacturer? which one is faster? thanx for the feedback

Sounds like you did just that.

What brand mobo is it? When/Where did you buy it?

Resellers wont take it back after 30 days (sometimes this number varies), but reseller is definately the faster way to get it replaced.

its asus a7m266. i bought it from tufshop, i hope they replace it for me, but their rma policy seems a little confusing. how would i rma it?
