The fan i currently have on it is a delta "black label" with the WBK38 heatsink, im planning to get one of these adapters that allows you to use 80mm fans

i want to do this because the 80mm fans that put out like 3cfm more than the black label are half as quiet. I was wondering if i want to OC to 1.5, should i get
34dB/41CFM
30dB/34CFM - is 34CFM enough? I live in san diego so the temps are usually mid 70's outside, about the same inside. I have a front case fan as well as a rear.
