fan filters

I have seen 80mm and 90mm fan filters, but I also have 3 120mm fans, I was wondering if filters exist for fans that big.

I use the 3-piece plastic ones that hold a piece of foam AC filter material - cheap and effective but more restrictive than some so probably shouldn't be used on some of the wimpy fans that are out there these days.
